The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the place of arbitration will be Los Angeles, California.

Our site provides access to data-driven insights and tools to help you optimize your vehicle’s performance. However, by using this site, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that any modifications you make to your vehicle are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We do not warrant or guarantee that any modifications will be compliant with such laws and regulations, and you agree to hold harmless Just Automotive and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of or related to such modifications.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to provide written notice to us, which can be done through our Contact Us page. We will then attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it will be resolved through binding arbitration, as described above. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Just Automotive must be brought within one year of the date on which the claim or dispute arose, or be forever barred.
